Up until a few years ago, I was an inactive, book worm. And now, I’m a personal trainer! Because I want to share the secrets on good health and happiness that I have discovered.

I have been a guest speaker at community centers, and featured local newspapers. I also write a health and fitness column for the Satellite newspaper, to let people know how easy it really is to get healthy.

I have a University Degree - Bachelor of International Business. I worked in Japan for four and a half years, and returned to Australia to live my dreams. I am a Master Trainer with a Certificate IV in fitness, and an Exercise Science Diploma from the Australian Institute of Fitness. This means that I have done specialized courses in the areas of …
